Rafael Arutiunian, operating as RDM Studio, is an independent marketing consultant and web designer operating in Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you visit this website or contact me about my services.

2. Information I Collect

I do not set advertising or analytics cookies and I do not run tracking pixels on this website. The only personal information I receive is what you voluntarily provide when you contact me directly — by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, the booking calendar, or the free audit request form — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and project details.

If you submit the free audit request form, I receive what you enter: your name, email, business name, and optionally your phone number, website and listing links, and a short message. I use it only to prepare and send your audit and to follow up on it.

3. Third-Party Services

This website uses a few third-party services, each operating under its own privacy policy:

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address and browser details.
• Google PageSpeed Insights (Free Website Check) — the website address you enter is sent to Google to run the analysis. I do not store the addresses you enter.
• Google Maps — the Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which may set cookies or collect usage data under Google's policies.
• Calendly — loaded only when you click "Book a Free Call". Information you enter when booking is collected by Calendly and shared with me so we can meet.
• Netlify — hosts this website and processes submissions of the free audit request form.

4. How I Use Your Information

Information you share is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide the services you requested. I do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for any commercial purpose.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of its sale (note: I do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. 6. Data Retention

I retain contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law.

7. Links to Other Sites

This site contains links to third-party sites (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Yandex Maps, client websites). I am not responsible for their privacy practices.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
