Rafael Arutiunian provides freelance marketing strategy, web design, SEO, and social media consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Independent Contractor
I operate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, work does not begin until an initial deposit is received. All fees are in US Dollars.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive ownership of all final deliverables created for your project. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late provision of required materials may affect timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. I do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or search ranking positions, as these depend on many factors outside my control.
7. Confidentiality
I treat all client business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
